Our process begins with in-depth consultations, where we delve into every detail from room use and layout to furnishings, colors and custom items if desired. We also offer trade discounts where possible.

Prior to our sessions, we send a detailed questionnaire to help us understand your space better, ensuring our discussions are tailored to your needs.

Post-consultation, we handle item ordering and provide insights into important details like deposits and lead times.

Sessions are available both on-site and via Zoom.

We work Australia wide, travel fees may apply to some areas.*

  • Questionnaire review & meeting planning.
  • Room concept and development.
  • Emailing final selections & client review.
  • Purchasing items & coordinating delivery.  
  • Styling and installation.**

* Interstate and regional areas travel fees apply for in person services. 

** For clients who are not in our locally serviced areas, styling can be done virtually via a plan, installation will be done by the delivery team where possible, assistance by the client may be necessary for some deliveries.
